The Amazing Vanishing Paper Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest

EPA is currently developing a proposed rule which will sunset the use of paper manifest for shipment of Hazardous Waste.  When and under what criteria this will occur is still not known, but it will probably be soon.

It is advisable for generators to assure they currently have multiple users on the USEPA’s e-manifest system.  It is recommended at least two users have a “Site Manager” permission level.
